  1. geeze the first song from 00:30 on is killer////
definitely stoked on this release

    • neon star groove////////////////

      • Thanks man, these are remixes of a previous album by me . If you like this, check out NC032 the original “Vector Nova” if you haven’t already. ;)

  2. Just like to say, both albums are great. :D These remixes are all good as are the originals. You two definitely work great together…Though of course, i work better by myself than any of you two put together. Give it up for the king! :D (kidding) But seriously, good job guys. :)

    • Lol! Dude you’re pretty good yourself. I’d like to see what you come up with for some kind of solo album. Doesn’t have to be VGMM. Whatever you’d like :P . But yeah, I’d actually like to see how that would sound :) . Power up and become the king!!

    • Thank you, i’m away on a little holiday at the moment so i’m finding it tricky to get any spare time online but I just wanted to reply and say thanks for your kind words.
I grew up with the Megadrive being my main console and i loved listening to various games through headphones via soundtest. Being able to produce actual megadrive music is a dream come true for me, but to have others enjoy it too. is the icing on the cake. The funny thing is i’ve been listening to Jredds music for years and i’ve always admired his writing skills and when we did our first collab track (Volt City), i never dreamed that it would lead to FM Possible, Vector Nova and FM Portable. I don’t know how to explain it but we seem to have an incredible understanding and free flowing attitude towards each other.

      • :) You and Cosmo should make some solo albums so I can remix them…Muahahaha!

  3. It’s been awhile since i did Streets Of Rage Remake and i had been itching to do some more remix work. So when I first heard Jredd’s original Neon Star Field. I knew I had to do something. The next few weeks ended up being so much fun. Jredd was producing new solo tracks for Vector Nova and I would remix them while we had a laugh chatting on MSN. While this was all happening we continued writing new material for the as yet unreleased FM Portable. Which was just nuts to be honest. There we are producing over 30 tracks for FM Portable and then we go and create another 20 tracks combined for the Vector Nova sessions.

    • Oh I know, it’s kind of insane how much unreleased stuff is just sitting there on my hard drive. I may just do a quick ending on some of those wips or save them for yet another project. We have more than enough as it is, and there actually might be some other trackers I want to tackle. :)

  4. I just want to say how thrilled I am to have something like this posted. I had a vision with Vector Nova, but this here is just Groove taking a few of those songs and flipping them on their head and I love it. It’s more or less what might have happened if the original Vector Nova had been a collaboration. I hope people enjoy this nice little “Expansion Pack”. I sure do. :)
